This is a full-time and permanent role within a well-established independent school, committed to providing an outstanding education in a nurturing environment for their students.
The School is seeking a committed and experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape all aspects of HR within a close-knit, values-driven community. Reporting to the Head, you will provide a comprehensive HR service across the school, supporting both teaching and support staff.
You will be responsible for:
- Recruitment
- Employee relations
- Safeguarding compliance
- HR policy development
- Day-to-day advisory work, ensuring best practice and alignment with current employment legislation
The successful candidate will be a confident HR generalist with sound judgement, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both strategically and operationally. Experience in the education sector and knowledge of safer recruitment practices would be advantageous.
