Knight & Jones Recruitment are looking for a reliable and proactive Weekend Care Coordinator to support our out-of-hours operations. This is a key role within the business, ensuring the smooth running of care services outside of standard office hours.
Role Overview: You will act as the main point of contact for our clients and staff during out-of-hours periods, ensuring all shifts are covered and any issues are managed effectively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating staff bookings and shift cover
- Responding to emergency situations and last-minute staffing issues
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and care staff
- Ensuring continuity of care services at all times
- Escalating issues where required and maintaining clear communication
- Supporting with sickness and holiday cover outside of your allocated weekend
About You:
- Previous experience in care coordination or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
