Provide high-quality one-to-one and small group tutoring sessions to students.

Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students with diverse learning styles, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) to support four broad areas of need.

Create and implement personalised lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote student engagement and understanding.

Assess and monitor student’s progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.

Collaborate with parents/carers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student’s educational development.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tutoring sessions and student progress.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our SEND team. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of working with young people to promote effective learning and building resilience., * A background in SEN (Special Educational Needs) and an understanding of adaptive teaching.

Experience/knowledge of teaching English and Maths to students of various ages and ability levels, up to key stage

Experience/knowledge of delivering functional skills in English and Maths is desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment.
