As part of the family‑owned, international KNF Group, KNF UK based in Witney, Oxfordshire is responsible for providing technical sales and outstanding customer service for our world‑leading range of diaphragm liquid and gas pumps throughout the UK and Ireland. Working closely with our external sales team, the ideal candidate will provide customers with the highest level of customer service and support, assuring prompt and courteous attention to all enquiries, needs and requests. From the initial customer contact through to quoting, order entry and the shipping of goods.

Main Tasks

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails and website LiveChat and provide support concerning orders, returns, shipments and products in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer enquiries promptly and accurately to retain and promote customer loyalty.
  • Support the external sales team with quoting of parts, spares kits and standard pumps.
  • Receive and enter customer orders.
  • Verify information on items, shipping methods and availability of products.
  • Contact customers to advise of shipment delays and provide necessary information to process orders.
  • Provide accurate pricing and delivery information.
  • Master the Sales & Distribution SAP transactions.
  • Provide cover for warehouse activities when required.

Skills and Experience

  • Customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with SAP, Salesforce CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Customer‑focused with a proven ability to provide consistent high‑quality support.
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills with strong telephone etiquette.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and work with various departments and levels.
