The Role
- Take full responsibility for the front-of-house operation, leading a small, professional team and delivering service that reflects the venue’s Michelin and Rosette recognition.
- Lead service from the floor with presence, control and attention to detail.
- Deliver a polished yet relaxed guest experience.
- Maintain standards aligned with 3 Rosette / Michelin-level dining.
- Train, mentor and develop the FOH team.
- Manage reservations, pacing and overall service flow.
- Oversee wine service and support ongoing team training.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and owners to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive consistency, standards and overall guest satisfaction.

Working Pattern
