An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join one of Oxfordshire's most exciting luxury hotel kitchens. Following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, this beautifully restored boutique hotel has established itself as one of the county's leading hospitality destinations. Recognised as a Small Luxury Hotel of the World and recently awarded a Michelin Key, the property combines luxury accommodation, exceptional hospitality, and ambitious food in a stunning setting just moments from Blenheim Palace.

At the heart of the hotel sits a 2 AA Rosette restaurant led by a highly accomplished Head Chef with experience from some of the UK's most respected luxury hotel kitchens. The food is modern European in style, driven by seasonality, outstanding local produce, and refined but approachable cooking. Alongside the restaurant, the hotel has also launched an exciting new indoor-outdoor dining concept featuring wood-fired cooking, creating a varied and dynamic environment for ambitious chefs looking to broaden their experience.

The Role

  • Run your section with confidence and consistency during prep and service
  • Deliver dishes to Rosette-level standards with strong attention to detail
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu execution and development
  • Maintain excellent organisation, hygiene and food safety standards
  • Support and mentor junior members of the brigade
  • Contribute ideas for specials, seasonal dishes and service improvements

About You

  • Current Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Experience within quality fresh-food kitchens
  • Rosette experience advantageous but not essential
  • Passion for seasonal produce and modern cooking
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Calm, reliable and team-focused during service
  • Ambitious and keen to develop within a quality-driven environment

  • Tips currently averaging £3,000–£4,000 per year
