As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of a key section such as sauce, larder or vegetables, working closely with the senior kitchen team throughout preparation and service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and presenting dishes consistently to 2 AA Rosette standards
  • Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Maintaining excellent mise en place and organisation
  • Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation throughout service
  • Supporting and training junior members of the brigade
  • Managing stock levels, rotation and helping minimise waste
  • Contributing ideas towards seasonal menu development
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene, allergen and Health & Safety standards
  • Working efficiently and calmly within a small, close-knit kitchen team

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality fresh-food kitchen
  • Rosette or comparable restaurant experience highly advantageous
  • Strong classical cooking foundations
  • A genuine interest in contemporary French cuisine
  • Confidence taking responsibility for a section
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A clean, disciplined approach to working

Working Pattern: 48 hours per week, Sunday and Monday off every week. Typical working week includes: 1 early shift, 2 split shifts, 2 late shifts. Paid overtime.
