The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead this flagship casual dining outlet and inspire its talented team. This is a rare opportunity to bring your leadership, personality, and operational expertise to a restaurant celebrated for its warm, effortless service and quality seasonal cooking. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, manage a motivated front-of-house team, and work closely with the kitchen to ensure every guest experience feels relaxed, seamless, and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate front-of-house team
- Be a visible, hands-on presence on the floor and bar during service
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to align front and back of house
- Manage budgets, payroll, and P&L with commercial awareness
