An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Supervisor to join a well-established hotel and restaurant on the Isle of Wight. The Role

  • Working closely with the management team, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of front-of-house operations, ensuring guests receive professional, welcoming and memorable service throughout their visit.
  • Leading shifts across restaurant, bar and hotel operations.
  • Supporting and developing junior front-of-house team members.
  • Delivering warm, attentive and genuine hospitality.
  • Assisting with guest relations and resolving issues professionally.
  • Maintaining service standards and operational consistency.
  • Supporting management with daily organisation and team communication.
  • Helping create a positive and supportive working culture.

  • Current Front of House Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress.

  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Keen to progress into Assistant Manager level in the future.
