The Role
- Running your section confidently during service
- Preparing and cooking high-quality seasonal dishes
- Working with exceptional produce from the estate's kitchen gardens and trusted local suppliers
- Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency and presentation
- Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
- Supporting junior members of the brigade where required
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Ensuring your section remains clean, organised and service ready at all times

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality fresh-food kitchen
- Experience working to at least 2 AA Rosette standard
- Confidence running all sections within a busy service
- A passion for seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired cooking
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certification
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A positive, hardworking attitude and genuine desire to learn and progress
