An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Restaurant Supervisor to join a highly regarded, award-winning hotel in the Scottish Highlands. Operating at 3 AA Rosette level and connected to a sister property holding both a Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star, this is a business built around thoughtful hospitality, exceptional produce, and genuine guest experience.
This role sits at the heart of the food and beverage operation, working closely with management, kitchen and front-of-house teams to help deliver refined but warm, personality-led service.

The RoleAs Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of service while helping lead and develop the front-of-house team. You will:
- Lead service across restaurant and bar operations
- Support pre-service briefings and ongoing staff training
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable and attentive guest service
- Assist with development of seasonal drinks and wine offerings
- Support ordering, stock control and service standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations
- Help maintain the high standards expected within a multi-award-winning environment
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, team development and creating memorable guest experiences.
The Ideal Candidate- Current Restaurant Supervisor or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress ready to step up
- Experience within quality-led restaurants, hotels or Rosette-level operations preferred
- Strong food, wine and drinks knowledge
- Calm, organised and confident during service
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- £30,000–£33,000 package including tips & service charge
