The Restaurant

Food and hospitality sit at the very heart of the guest experience. Working closely alongside an exceptional kitchen brigade led by Executive Chef Douglas Balish, the restaurant has built an outstanding reputation for combining beautifully executed seasonal cuisine with knowledgeable, intuitive and personable service. Every member of the front-of-house team plays an important role in creating memorable dining experiences, with genuine hospitality valued just as highly as technical excellence.

The Role

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager and senior leadership team, you will take ownership of your section while helping maintain the exceptional standards expected within a 4 AA Rosette dining room. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering warm, professional and knowledgeable service throughout every guest experience
  • Taking ownership of your section during lunch and dinner service
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the front-of-house team
  • Working closely with the kitchen and sommelier teams to deliver seamless service
  • Building rapport with guests while confidently answering questions on food and beverages
  • Maintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the restaurant
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive and highly professional team culture

About You

  • Current Chef de Rang, Head Waiter, Head Waitress or experienced waiter ready to progress
  • Experience within Michelin, AA Rosette or luxury hotel environments would be highly advantageous

  • Calm, organised and able to perform under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional service

  • Up to £28,500 base salary
