The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play an important role within a skilled and collaborative brigade. You will:

  • Run your section confidently during prep and service

  • Support and mentor junior chefs within the team
  • Assist with menu development and refinement

Working Pattern & Lifestyle
