An exciting opportunity has arisen for a House / Hotel Manager to join one of the Cotswolds’ most respected luxury hospitality destinations. Set within stunning countryside surroundings, this independently owned estate has built a reputation for delivering refined but relaxed hospitality, combining beautifully designed guest spaces with exceptional food, wellness and guest experience.
This role is heavily focused around front-of-house operations, reception leadership and overall guest journey, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a highly guest-facing environment and enjoys leading from the floor.
The Role
As House / Hotel Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day guest experience across the hotel operation, ensuring every guest receives warm, polished and highly personalised service from arrival through to departure. You will act as a key bridge between reception, guest relations and wider front-of-house operations while supporting and developing the FOH team.
- Leading daily front-of-house hotel operations
- Managing reception standards and guest arrival experience
- Driving exceptional guest service throughout the property

The Package
- £38,000 base salary
