This Gloucester restaurant combines authentic Italian cooking with energetic, high-volume service and a warm, stylish atmosphere — delivering elevated hospitality without losing the soul and simplicity of traditional Italian food. The business continues to grow rapidly and is now seeking a talented Chef de Partie to strengthen the kitchen brigade.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will work across all sections of the kitchen, helping deliver high-quality dishes while supporting the wider team during busy services. You will:
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards
- Work across multiple sections to develop versatility and confidence
- Maintain excellent organisation and cleanliness throughout service
- Assist with specials and menu development ideas
- Support junior chefs and contribute positively to team culture
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service
This is a hands-on role within a busy kitchen suited to a chef who enjoys fresh food, pace and strong team environments.

The Package
- £32,000–£33,000 base salary
- Tronc currently exceeding £6,000 per year
