Set within the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park and overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, this independently owned boutique hotel combines refined hospitality with a produce-led food offering and an award-winning wine programme. Recently awarded a prestigious Michelin Key, the property continues to build a growing reputation as one of Wales’ leading hospitality destinations. The kitchen is now seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the senior team as the business continues pushing towards becoming a nationally recognised destination for food lovers.

The Role

  • Support the day-to-day leadership of the kitchen
