The Role

  • Run the pastry section across prep and service
  • Produce refined plated desserts, breads, petit fours and seasonal pastry elements
  • Contribute to seasonal menu development with creative input
  • Maintain exceptional standards of organisation, cleanliness and mise en place
  • Ensure consistency and precision during busy services
  • Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive brigade culture
