The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a dedicated brigade and take ownership of your own section. You will play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining standards, and supporting a kitchen that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and precision.

Your Role
- Run your section confidently and maintain the highest standards of quality and organisation
- Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service and consistent output
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to 1 AA Rosette standard
- Maintain a clean, efficient workstation and uphold kitchen hygiene standards
- Contribute to menu preparation and daily specials
- Support junior team members with training and guidance
- Take initiative while collaborating as part of a close-knit team
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a fresh food or AA Rosette kitchen
- Passionate about local, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine
