We are recruiting Waiters to join the front-of-house team at a high-profile Birmingham restaurant opening operated by a group behind Michelin- and AA-accredited venues. This is an opportunity to work in a quality-led environment serving fresh seasonal food across breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a strong focus on polished yet relaxed hospitality.
The Role
- Greeting guests and delivering attentive professional table service
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring smooth delivery
- Advising guests on menu items, specials and pairings
- Managing timing, table flow and service standards during busy periods
- Handling guest requests and feedback with care and confidence
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of your section at all times
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistent service
About You
- Previous waiting or front-of-house experience in quality hospitality preferred
- Confident, personable and guest-focused
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable upselling and engaging with guests naturally
