The Role:
We’re seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join a passionate brigade committed to quality, seasonality, and exceptional guest experience. You’ll take responsibility for your section, working closely with senior chefs to deliver consistently high standards across every service. This role suits a CDP who values craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a professional supportive working culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes to Michelin Guide standard with consistency and precision
- Manage your own section throughout preparation and service
- Maintain accurate food labelling, stock rotation, and HACCP requirements
- Ensure a clean, organised working environment at all times
- Support junior chefs and contribute positively to team development
- Work cohesively with senior chefs to ensure a smooth daily operation
- Maintain up-to-date allergen knowledge and food safety compliance
- Deliver high-quality seasonal cooking using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
About You:
- Experience working in a high-quality fresh-food environment (Rosette or Michelin desirable)
- Strong technical ability and genuine passion for refined cuisine
- Organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing a section
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
- A natural team player with high standards and attention to detail
