The role involves providing an exceptional range of treatments while ensuring every guest receives a truly personalised and memorable spa experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering face and body treatments to exceptional luxury standards.
  • Conducting thorough guest consultations prior to treatments.
  • Providing professional aftercare advice and retail product recommendations.
  • Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to immaculate standards.
  • Ensuring all treatments are delivered in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Supporting stock control and maintaining treatment product standards.
  • Working closely with the spa reception team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, presentation and professionalism at all times.

The package includes a salary of £27,560–£29,810 (dependent on experience) and approximately £4,500–£5,000 annual service charge, company pension, meals whilst on duty, uniform provided, outstanding learning and professional development opportunities, excellent long-term career progression within luxury hospitality, and free on-site parking. Please note: Live-in accommodation is not available, therefore applicants must have their own transport and be able to commute reliably.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Ideally ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous experience within a luxury spa or five-star environment.
  • Deep tissue massage experience would be advantageous.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellbeing and delivering exceptional guest care.
  • The flexibility to work shifts in line with business requirements.
