Renowned for delivering exceptional personalised service, the venue combines luxury surroundings with meticulous attention to detail, creating an atmosphere where every guest experience feels memorable and effortless.
As Restaurant Manager, you'll have full operational responsibility for this flagship outlet while working closely with the senior Food & Beverage leadership team to continually enhance standards and performance.
The Role: Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, outstanding financial performance and an engaged, high-performing team. You'll take ownership of every aspect of the operation, from recruitment and team development through to budgeting, service innovation and guest satisfaction, ensuring the outlet continues to exceed the expectations of a world-class luxury hotel.
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high-performing front of house team.
- Managing departmental budgets, payroll and P&L performance.
- Driving service excellence through continuous training and operational improvements.
- Monitoring guest feedback and implementing initiatives to continually enhance standards.
- Managing staffing levels, rotas and succession planning.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and sales promotions to maximise revenue.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver operational excellence across the hotel.
The Package: £47,790 annual salary, approximately £4,500–£5,000 annual service charge, company pension, complimentary meals whilst on duty, uniform provided, industry-leading learning and development programmes, excellent long-term career progression within luxury hospitality, free on-site parking. Please note: Live-in accommodation is not available, therefore applicants must have their own transport and be able to commute reliably.
The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who has previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel or premium restaurant environment. Five-star hospitality experience is highly desirable. Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge. Experience managing budgets, payroll and operational performance. A proven ability to lead, coach and develop successful teams. Outstanding guest engagement and complaint resolution skills. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. A passion for delivering exceptional luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
