The Role
As Guest Services Assistant, you'll provide a warm and professional welcome to every guest while supporting all aspects of the arrival and departure experience.
From valet parking and luggage assistance to buggy transfers and guest transport, you'll ensure every interaction reflects the exceptional service standards expected within a luxury five-star hotel.
Key responsibilities include
- Welcoming guests and providing a professional first impression.
- Assisting with arrivals, departures and luggage handling.
- Providing valet parking and safely handling guest vehicles.
- Driving guests around the estate using hotel buggies.
- Providing local transport and shuttle services where required.
- Offering local knowledge, directions and personalised guest assistance.
- Working closely with all hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Maintaining exceptional presentation, professionalism and attention to detail throughout every shift.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who has
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience within luxury hospitality, hotels or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, well-presented and friendly approach.
- A full UK or EU driving licence.
- At least three years' UK driving experience for the type of vehicle being driven.
- Applicants must be
21 years of age or over for insurance purposes.
- A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
