The Role
As Breakfast Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for leading your section throughout breakfast preparation and service, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience from the very start of their day.
Working closely with the senior kitchen team, you'll maintain the highest culinary standards while supporting the development of junior chefs and contributing towards the continued success of the brigade.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running your breakfast section with confidence and consistency.
- Preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to exceptional standards.
- Supporting the training and development of Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.
- Maintaining excellent HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Managing stock rotation, ordering and waste control within your section.
- Ensuring your section remains clean, organised and service-ready at all times.
- Assisting with menu development and suggesting new dishes or recipe ideas.
- Working collaboratively with the wider brigade to deliver consistently outstanding food.
The Package
- Salary of £33,824 per annum

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a chef who has:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality fresh-food kitchen.
- Experience within luxury hotel, Rosette or Michelin-standard environments is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for cooking with high-quality seasonal ingredients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a professional brigade.
- High standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to continue learning and developing.
