We’re seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at this award-winning property. Your Role
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to 2 Rosette standard.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service and consistency.
- Assist in menu development and seasonal specials.
- Support with ordering, prep management, and stock rotation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and section cleanliness.
- Uphold all food safety and EHO standards at all times.
