With a commitment to locally sourced produce and seasonal menus, the restaurant is dedicated to delivering a dining experience of the highest standard, as it strives towards Michelin Star recognition.

The Role:

As the Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional wine list that perfectly complements the seasonal dishes, enriching the guest experience with your expertise. Working closely with the Head Chef and front-of-house team, you will deliver flawless service and ensure the wine offerings reflect the quality and elegance of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and manage the wine list, focusing on quality, sustainability, and perfect pairings.

Offer expert wine recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.

Lead regular training sessions for the team to maintain exceptional wine knowledge and service standards.

Oversee stock levels, wine storage, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Support special events, wine tastings, and exclusive dining experiences.

About You:

Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant, gastro pub, or boutique hotel.

Deep understanding of Old and New World wines, with a passion for sustainable and organic selections.

WSET Level 3 or equivalent certification preferred.

Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering the highest standards of service.
