We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef to join the team at a highly acclaimed 3 AA Rosette restaurant with rooms, nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds. Known for its commitment to craft, sustainability, and quality, the venue is entering an exciting new phase under the leadership of a Michelin-starred Executive Chef.

About the Role:
As Pastry Chef, you’ll take ownership of the pastry section, creating refined desserts, breads, and baked goods to the highest standards. You will:
- Create elegant, seasonal desserts and patisserie to 3 Rosette standards
- Produce breads, petits fours, ice creams, and baked goods from scratch
- Collaborate on seasonal menu development with the senior kitchen team
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, organisation, and consistency
- Mentor junior chefs and contribute to a strong, supportive kitchen culture
