About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef to take the lead on desserts at a Michelin Guide-listed, 3 AA Rosette restaurant just outside Lichfield. This is a rare opportunity to step into a creative, high-performance kitchen and contribute to an already outstanding offering.

With a modern approach to British cuisine and an emphasis on tasting menus and seasonal produce, the team are passionate about pushing boundaries while maintaining technical excellence. You’ll have the freedom to create stunning plates and contribute to new menu ideas, all while working in a supportive, progressive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running the pastry section day-to-day, including prep, service, and section management

  • Designing and producing elegant plated desserts, petit fours, ice creams, and baked goods

  • Contributing to seasonal menu development with your own ideas and input

  • Maintaining excellent hygiene, organisation, and consistency

  • Mentoring junior chefs where needed and ensuring smooth service

  • Taking pride in your section and the product you deliver

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Pastry Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie in a fine dining setting

  • A background in Michelin Guide or AA Rosette kitchens is ideal

  • Strong knowledge of pastry fundamentals and modern techniques
