About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef to take the lead on desserts at a Michelin Guide-listed, 3 AA Rosette restaurant just outside Lichfield. This is a rare opportunity to step into a creative, high-performance kitchen and contribute to an already outstanding offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

Running the pastry section day-to-day, including prep, service, and section management

Designing and producing elegant plated desserts, petit fours, ice creams, and baked goods
