What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with the gastropub's refined seasonal menus.
- Supporting daily mise en place and service, working across multiple sections.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation at all times.
- Collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver a consistent and elevated dining experience.
- Monitoring stock levels and working with the Head Chef to manage kitchen supplies.
- Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.
