The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join the brigade. You’ll be working with exceptional local produce, much of it sourced from the estate’s own farms and gardens, and learning directly from senior chefs with Michelin-level experience. This is an opportunity to refine your craft in a kitchen where standards are high, creativity is encouraged, and development is continuous.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute dishes to exacting 3 AA Rosette standards, following menu specifications precisely
- Take full ownership of your section and maintain organisation throughout prep and service
- Deliver daily mise en place with consistency and care
- Assist senior chefs with menu development and daily specials
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sustainability best practices
- Support and mentor commis and junior chefs in maintaining high standards
- Ensure your section is fully stocked, clean, and ready for the next service
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
About You
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a 2–3 Rosette or Michelin-standard kitchen
- Passionate about seasonal British produce, sustainability, and precision cooking
- Calm, confident, and focused under pressure
- A natural communicator with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Hungry to learn, develop, and be part of a team striving for the highest accolades
