We are beginning conversations with experienced Chefs de Partie ahead of the opening of a high-profile city-centre restaurant launching in Birmingham. This will be a modern, ingredient-led restaurant focused on seasonal produce, confident flavours, and well-executed plates, operating across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The site forms part of a wider group with strong Michelin and AA credentials and a reputation for well-run, food-first kitchens.
The Role
- Running your section across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintaining mise en place, stock rotation, and section organisation
- Following recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines accurately
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are upheld
- Working closely with the wider brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service
- Supporting junior chefs and contributing positively to the team culture
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Senior Demi
- Background in quality-led, fresh-food kitchens
- Strong practical skills, good knife work, and attention to detail
- Calm, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
- Team-focused with a professional approach
- Comfortable working a 48-hour week on a 4 on / 4 off rota
- Right to work in the UK
