We are now looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team and help drive standards as the restaurant continues pushing towards higher recognition and accolades.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will support and develop younger members of the team, lead by example on the floor, and ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in running the restaurant to an exceptional standard
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff members
  • Ensuring smooth efficient service alongside the management team
  • Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Using your experience to contribute to the restaurant’s ongoing growth and success

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven front-of-house experience in quality restaurants (AA Rosette, Michelin or similar standard)
