Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the restaurant.
  • Lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team during service.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure.
  • Assist with staff training and ongoing development.
  • Support wine and beverage service.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
