Responsibilities
- Running your section confidently throughout preparation and service
- Producing beautifully presented dishes using exceptional seasonal Welsh produce
- Maintaining excellent organisation, mise en place and consistency
- Working closely with the senior team to continually develop your skills
- Supporting junior chefs and contributing positively to brigade culture
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
Qualifications
- Experience within Michelin, AA Rosette or quality fresh‑food kitchens
- Passion for exceptional ingredients and seasonal cooking
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Calm, organised and professional during service
- Positive attitude with genuine ambition to continue developing
- Strong team player who enjoys working within a collaborative brigade
