The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join a highly skilled and ambitious brigade. You'll take responsibility for your own section, preparing and delivering dishes to the highest standard, and supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This is an opportunity to work in a truly unique fine-dining environment where quality, consistency, and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for your section, maintaining the highest levels of preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Support senior chefs in menu development and daily operations
  • Work independently and efficiently, maintaining excellent organisation during service
  • Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Train and support commis and junior chefs as needed
  • Maintain a calm, professional approach during busy service periods
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and pride in your work

Qualifications

  • Experience in a 3 AA Rosette or equivalent fine dining environment, or at least 5 years in a 2 Rosette kitchen at Chef de Partie level or above
  • Natural ability as a chef with a genuine passion for food and hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
  • Calm, mature, and professional under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ambitious, reliable, and eager to develop within a respected, high-achieving team
