As our business continues to grow, were looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Office Manager to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied role that sits at the heart of the business. Youll work closely with our Operations Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day office operations, supporting colleagues, improving processes and helping create an environment where our team can do their best work. If you enjoy making things happen, solving problems and being the go-to proactive person, wed love to hear from you. What Youll Be Doing As Office Manager, youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business by: Managing office facilities, suppliers and external contractors Overseeing day-to-day office operations and processes Supporting the onboarding and induction of new team members Maintaining office systems, records and documentation Providing administrative and operational support to senior leadership Coordinating meetings, events and team activities Liaising with our external HR providers on people matters Managing office purchasing, invoices and expenditure Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency Acting as a go-to contact for office-related queries Supporting business improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who is highly organised, confident taking ownership and enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment. Youll ideally have: Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar operational role Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A proactive and solutions-focused approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence working with people at all levels, internally and externally A hands-on mindset and willingness to get stuck in Experience within an accountancy practice (desirable, but not essential) What Youll Get In Return Salary Range Β£32k Β£34k, dependent on experience.
