We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator (4 Month FTC).

About the role: The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Recruitment function to deliver an exceptional service across the business, covering aspects of the recruitment process and onboarding & induction. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure timely publishing of current live vacancies on our ATS and across job boards.
- Ensure that job advertisements have been reviewed for continuous improvement and aligned with the Job Description and represent the Company in the best possible and professional manner.
- Accurately maintain the Recruitment Tracker and provide regular updates to the Head of HR advising of any areas of concern.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork has been completed and filed ahead of interview stage providing a recruitment pack for hiring managers.
- Plan and create calendar invites for interviews ensuring that suitable meeting rooms are booked for in-person interviews and both the hiring manager and candidate receives all documentation and information as specified in our procedures.
- Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
- Create and issue offer letters with approval from hiring managers and Kissflow approval.
What we’re looking for: Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum of grade C in English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a HR or Recruitment role.
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System is desirable.
- Experience of using online recruitment tools, job boards, social media, search engines to identify talent is desirable.
