- Was Sie erwartet
- Als Verantwortlicher für die kaufmännische Leitung innerhalb nationaler und internationaler, komplexer Projekte stellen Sie die termingerechte, qualitativ hochwertige und kosteneffiziente Abwicklung der Projekte sicher, wobei Sie insbesondere die Anforderungen für verschiedene Fahrzeug- und Waffensysteme sowie die gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Preis- und Vergaberecht beachten
- Sie bereiten Vertragsverhandlungen, Preisverhandlungen, Projektpräsentationen und Besprechungen vor, nehmen aktiv daran teil und moderieren diese sowohl national als auch international
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam und den Fachabteilungen übernehmen Sie die verantwortliche Erstellung der kaufmännischen Anteile von Angeboten und Vertragsunterlagen
- Ebenso sind Sie für die Erstellung deutsch und englischsprachiger Projektberichte und sonstiger kaufm. Unterlagen verantwortlich
- Die strategische Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung von kaufmännischen Prozessen fallen ebenso in Ihren Aufgabenbereich wie die kontinuierliche Überwachung dieser Prozesse
- In Abstimmung mit der Rechtsabteilung und weiteren internen Stellen entwickeln Sie einheitliche Standards und Methoden für das Vertags- und Projektmanagement, die als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen dienen
- Sie agieren als erster Ansprechpartner für Stakeholder (Key-Account) / Front-End
- Sie führen Reviews mit Stakeholdern durch und sind für die Umsetzung und Einhaltung der kaufmännischen Projektziele sowie der vertragskonformen Projektumsetzung verantwortlich.
- Zudem sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Projekte in allen relevanten Systemen abgebildet werden
- Die fachliche Anleitung von Projektmitarbeitern und Projektleitern gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
- Sie steuern und koordinieren alle relevanten internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
- Sie überprüfen vertragliche Bedingungen und überwachen und beurteilen Abweichungen bzw. Änderungen sowie deren wirtschaftliche Folgen und setzen Ansprüche durch (Claim Management)

- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der kommerziellen Leitung von komplexen Projekten
Für die Rolle sind Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Preis- und Vergaberecht sowie ein tiefgehendes Verständnis vom Vertragsrecht erfoderlich
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der professionellen Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement
