- Was Sie erwartet
- Sie betreuen und beraten Jira- und Confluence-Anwender und unterstützen sie bei der optimalen Nutzung der Atlassian-Umgebung.
- Die bestehende Atlassian-Umgebung optimieren Sie kontinuierlich und entwickeln sie entsprechend den Anforderungen der Fachbereiche weiter.
- Geschäftsprozesse analysieren und setzen Sie gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen in Jira und Confluence um.
- Standardprozeduren und -prozesse entwickeln Sie, um unterschiedliche Kundenanforderungen effizient und nachhaltig abzubilden.
- Die Abläufe im Jira Service Management passen Sie an und erweitern diese entsprechend den fachlichen Anforderungen.
- Fachabteilungen beraten Sie hinsichtlich der technischen Möglichkeiten und der konkreten Umsetzung ihrer Anforderungen in Jira und Confluence.
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Templates für Jira und Confluence und sorgen für eine einheitliche und effiziente Nutzung.
- Durch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Atlassian-Lösungen schaffen Sie nachhaltige und anwenderorientierte Prozesse.
- Was Sie mitbringen
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Atlassian Jira und Confluence bringen Sie mit.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse in der Administration und im Umgang mit Datenbanken wie Oracle und Postgre SQL mit.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse der Betriebssysteme Windows und Linux.
