We are currently looking to strengthen our team of Military Vehicle Assemblers.

As our business evolves, we are looking to strengthen our workforce with talented, capable and motivated individuals across a range of disciplines to work from our Northwest Engineering Centre of Excellence and currently have this opportunity available:
About the role: Delivering the assembly of our military vehicles, you will be a key member of our dedicated manufacturing team making equipment for the defence industry.
We are looking for team members with the following skills and attributes:
- The ability to follow work instructions and safety protocols
- To work with minimal supervision
- Able to understand Engineering Drawings
- A qualified HGV Mechanic/Fitter – with experience assembling vehicles such as planes, trains and automobiles
- To work to deadlines, with a flexible ‘can-do’ approach
- You will be professional, disciplined, and orderly
- See problems as challenges to be overcome and participate in problem solving
- Be prepared to work a reasonable amount of overtime/different shifts, when required
What we’re looking for: You will ideally possess the following:
- Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths at GCSE level
- Recognised apprenticeship in Vehicle Maintenance or relevant discipline
- Previous Manufacturing experience
- Military vehicle experience is preferred
