We’re recruiting a Mobile Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Immingham site. The role works on a 4-on, 4-off rota and requires flexibility to work 12-hour day and night shifts. This shift pattern allows for every other weekend off, as well as 12 days off every 2 months.

What you'll be doing:
- As a Mobile Plant Operator you will ensure manufacturing operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with customer specifications.
- Support decision-making, share insights on successes and challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive best practices on shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Uphold high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance.
- Organise your area with support from the Team Leader.
- Meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
- Accurately capture and manage data using systems like SAP.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues.
- Assist in identifying and resolving root-cause issues, including production problems and machine breakdowns, whilst escalating these to the maintenance teams.
- Perform quality checks to meet standards, working closely with Technical teams.
- Suggest ideas and solutions for continuous improvements, looking to enhance team performance, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Take action to minimise downtime and boost process efficiency.
- Utilise downtime for rework, maintenance, or compliance checks.
- Ensure area ownership and maintain good housekeeping.
- Perform any additional duties required to fulfill the role.
What we'd love for you to have:
- A high regard for health and safety standards with an understanding of H&S regulations.
- A good level of spoken & written English.
- IT literacy: proficiency in the basic functions of MS Office Word, Excel and SAP.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work within the current shift pattern, which includes both day and night shifts.
