As our Warehouse Operative, you will ensure the smooth running of the Queensferry Warehouse department to meet productivity and quality targets whilst adhering to all safety, environmental, energy and workplace standards. What you’ll be doing:

  • Operate a counter balanced forklift truck to load different types of Knauf Insulation product.
  • Comply with and promote all health, safety, environmental and energy regulations on site that relate to the job, site, and company.
  • Undertake re-work of product.
  • Ensure that all work procedures and work instructions are completed correctly.
  • Keep the work area and FLT clean.
  • Ensure continuity of warehouse operations are maintained by communicating all issues i.e., safety, environmental, productivity and maintenance to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Contribute and take part in continuous improvement activities and actively support the team in all areas.
  • Undertake training on new equipment and learn new processes and systems relevant to the job as required.
  • Incorporate the Knauf Insulation values in all aspect of day-to-day work.
