What you’ll be doing…

  • Conduct physical and mechanical tests on insulation products
  • Perform in-process checks during manufacturing runs
  • Ensure products meet specifications
  • Identify deviations and non-conformities in product quality
  • Communicate test results to production teams and supervisors
  • Record and maintain accurate lab test data and reports
  • Update quality control logs, and databases
  • Assist in preparing audit documentation and compliance reports
  • Maintain laboratory equipment (e.g., ovens, furnaces, conductivity meters)
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of samples
  • Support investigations into quality issues and root cause analysis
  • Assist in trials for new products or process changes
  • Recommend improvements to testing methods or procedures
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

What we’d love for you to have:

  • 1–3 years in a laboratory or manufacturing QA or QC role (preferred)
  • Experience in insulation
  • Knowledge of material testing methods and standards
  • Familiarity with lab instruments and calibration procedures
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Understanding of ISO quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
