As our Commercial Support Administrator, you will maximise revenue through both selling to our customer base and optimising the sales journey by supporting both the customer and the external sales force with effective process management.
What you’ll be doing…
- Support the Commercial Team (40 field based employees) so they can spend more time with customers and end users to increase sales.
- Manage the Purchase 2 Pay process for the Commercial team: Arranging new Vendor set up, creating Purchase Requisitions, actioning Goods Receipts and invoice tracking through to successful payment stage. Also managing the reduction of fake PO’s and speedy resolution of invoice queries.
- Manage the Commercial Induction process: Liaising with recruiting line Manager, creating appointments with key stakeholders across Head Office to ensure smooth onboarding of new starters.
- Create and distribute monthly Kinetik Reports and customer sales reports.
- Project support, ad-hoc as required in line with Commercial objectives.
- Plan and co-ordinate attendance and payment of customer events eg. Co-Op Live Suite, Customer Conferences, Industry events. Also plan and co-ordinate on-site customer visits and plant tours across all UK KI sites.
- Completion of Sustainability Questionnaires, Tender documents and data requests for Suppliers/Customers.
- Management of Commercial Support inbox, ensuring enquiries are dealt with on time in full.
- Document Management to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and other important documents are logged and updated regularly with a view to Continuous Improvement.
- Maintenance of Vehicle Safety Log with timely escalations to line manager.
- Use initiative to spot opportunities for improvement and take a pro-active approach to all tasks, focusing on the end result.
- Actively contribute to growth of a functional and efficient team, ensure strong communication across internal sales and admin teams in Commercial Support.
