Trunk Show Specialist

Location: London (with frequent travel to the U.S., UAE & EU)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Trunk Show Specialist to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the coordination and execution of international trunk shows — with a particular focus on the United States — and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and client relations skills, thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment, and be passionate about delivering excellence in both event execution and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Trunk Show Coordination: Plan, organise, and oversee all logistical elements of trunk shows, including travel arrangements, accommodation, shipping, and event setup.

Client Relations: Manage client communication before, during, and after events, ensuring each client receives a seamless and personalised experience.

Scheduling & Bookings: Handle appointment bookings and manage the client calendar with precision and discretion.

Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and documentation related to sales, fittings, and orders.

Event Support: Work closely with the team to ensure each event runs smoothly, from guest management to on-site coordination.

Marketing & Presentation: Create visually appealing presentations, invitations, and marketing materials using Canva or InDesign.

Travel: Accompany the team to trunk shows across the U.S. and assist with on-the-ground logistics and client management.

Key Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in client services, luxury retail, events, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe InDesign.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proactive, driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small team.

Flexibility to travel frequently and work across multiple time zones.
