About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Trunk Show Specialist to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the coordination and execution of international trunk shows — with a particular focus on the United States — and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and client relations skills, thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment, and be passionate about delivering excellence in both event execution and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trunk Show Coordination: Plan, organise, and oversee all logistical elements of trunk shows, including travel arrangements, accommodation, shipping, and event setup.
  • Client Relations: Manage client communication before, during, and after events, ensuring each client receives a seamless and personalised experience.
  • Scheduling & Bookings: Handle appointment bookings and manage the client calendar with precision and discretion.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and documentation related to sales, fittings, and orders.
  • Event Support: Work closely with the team to ensure each event runs smoothly, from guest management to on-site coordination.
  • Marketing & Presentation: Create visually appealing presentations, invitations, and marketing materials using Canva or InDesign.
  • Travel: Accompany the team to trunk shows across the U.S. and assist with on-the-ground logistics and client management.
