Leigh Academy Wilmington is seeking a dynamic Teacher of Design & Technology to join our forward-thinking department. Working within the IB Middle Years Programme and across GCSE/BTEC pathways, you will deliver high-quality instruction in a modern, digital-first environment where every student and teacher is equipped with their own device.

  • Be a passionate specialist with strong subject knowledge across Design Technology and Engineering.
  • Have the ability to inspire students through inquiry-based learning and hands-on projects.

  • Be an inclusive practitioner who adapts teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
  • Have experience with or an interest in the International Baccalaureate framework (desirable).

This is a permanent position which offers a competitive salary based on experience (MPS/UPS) + London Fringe Allowance.
