Team Assistant β Investment Team (Fixed Income)
Location: London β City β Bank
Salary: Β£48,000 β Β£55,000

Our client a city-based Asset Management house is looking for a high-performing Team Assistant to support the busy Investment Team, working across emerging and developed markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a market-leading investment team and contribute to its continued commercial success. This is a fast pace environment that require a strong Team Assistant who can pivot to the teams needs.
The role:
Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Investment teams
- Manage complex diary coordination across multiple time zones, anticipating scheduling challenges and proactively resolving potential conflicts
- Coordinate meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders, handling various meeting formats including in-person and MS Teams calls
Team and Client Management:
- Maintain detailed client meeting tracker and team annual leave calendar
- Act as the primary point of contact for general and administrative inquiries
Travel and Expense Management:
- Design comprehensive travel itineraries for complex business trips
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation reservations, transfer arrangements and visa application support
- Manage monthly travel and expense processing for the team
Documentation and Systems:
- Maintain accurate records in research management systems
- Support general administrative tasks
What Weβre Looking For
- Experience supporting large, dynamic teams
- Financial services background (Asset Management preferred)
- Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
