They are now looking to hire a Legal Counsel to build and scale the commercial legal function. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
The RoleYou’ll take ownership of SaaS and commercial contracting while supporting strategic growth initiatives across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (customer, supplier and partnership contracts)
- Supporting Sales and Customer teams through deal cycles with pragmatic, solutions-focused legal advice
- Advising on liability, indemnities, termination rights and risk allocation
- Building scalable contracting processes (templates, playbooks, approval workflows)
