Cutting edge, super social and fast growing consultancy requires a personable and confident Receptionist with previous reception experience to join their team.
A super dynamic and forward-thinking company based in a great office space, they are looking for a switched on, well presented and articulate Receptionist to be the face of their business. Based FOH and working alongside a close knit team, personality is key for this role.
A busy receptionist role that requires proven corporate reception experience, daily duties will include:
- Meet and greet guests – showing excellent client service and management
- Answer main Reception phone line, screen and redirect calls, handle queries
- Arrange bike couriers and Fed Ex / general post, including sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
- Liaising with the building management regarding deliveries, chaperoning visitors
- Compiling expense reports for analysts
- Preparation of meeting rooms, set up and clear rooms, order supplies, set up and test video/Zoom calls
- Arrange in-house lunches and refreshments for meetings
- Ad-hoc tasks
